Using it is simple, all you have to do is rub the seasoning into the meat before grilling or roasting. This rub in particular has been specially tailored to compliment the distinct taste of pork, whether it’s baby back ribs, pulled pork, or any other porky deliciousness you manage to conjure up. The mixed onions, tellicherry pepper, wild garlic, and spicy cayenne pepper give an extra punch of flavor with a slight sharpness. On the other hand, the sweet paprika and brown cane sugar give the meat a classic, slightly sweet BBQ taste and also serve as a flavor enhancer. Smoke it like it's hot and enjoy our great pork rub!

Pork Steaks

    Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 6 pork butt steaks
  • 1-2 teaspoons Just Spices Pork Rub
  • Just Spices Murray River Salt
  • Just Spices Tellicherry Pepper
  • Fresh herbs such as parsley

Directions:

1. Melt butter in a skillet, and mix in the soy sauce. Saute the green onions and garlic.
2. Rub the steaks all over with the Just Spices Pork Rub.
3. Place the pork steaks in the skillet, cover, and cook 8 to 10 minutes on each side, Remove cover, and continue cooking 10 minutes.
4. Serve with fresh herbs such as parsley.
